We have received requests from our readers to include some 'real weddings' in our magazine. If you would like your wedding to be included in a future edition of 'Your Hunter Valley Wedding Planner' please see below for instructions on how to submit your photos and details...
Please include your contact details;
- Name
- Phone/Mobile
- Email Address

As many of the following details as possible need to be included with your submission;
- Engagement Date
- Wedding Date
- Ceremony Venue & Celebrant Name (if applicable)
- Reception Venue (along with your menu/meal details if possible)
- All Wedding Suppliers Details (i.e. who provided your dresses & accessories, suits, cake, flowers, wedding and engagement rings, Themeing & Decorating, Hair & Makeup, photography, transport, stationery & bonbonniere, etc).
- Where did you stay on your wedding night?
- Did you or your guests have to travel to the Hunter Region for the wedding? If so, can you please provide details of where you and/or your guests had to travel from and where they stayed in the region (include actual motel/hotel names where possible). Where possible, could you also provide details of any 'tourist' style activities you and/or your guests were able to fit in whilst visiting the area (e.g. wine tasting, tours, shopping, dining, exploring, etc).
- Tell us about your planning process. Did you use 'Your Hunter Valley Wedding Planner' magazine and website, did you use other helpful websites and/or magazines? Do you have any tips or advice for couples in the process of planning their wedding?
- Where did you go on your Honeymoon?
- Did you have a budget and were you able to stick to it?
- Any other details that you would like to provide or funny/interesting stories about how you met or happenings on the wedding day.
Supplying photos;
Please supply no more than 10 photos to us initially; you may just want to send through 2 or 3. If we decide to feature your wedding we will be in touch with you and your photographer to select the photos to be printed in the magazine. All photos must be supplied as digital files, we cannot accept photo prints. Be sure to include the name and contact details for your photographer so that we can easily contact them.
SEND your photos and information via one of the following methods;
- EMAIL to info@HunterValleyWeddingPlanner.com.au with 'REAL WEDDING SUBMISSION' in the subject line.
- POST A CD with files to PO Box 130 Thornton NSW 2322 and address it to 'REAL WEDDING SUBMISSION' (please include all of the above information).
