'Your Hunter Valley Wedding Planner' magazine has a fantastic opportunity for a talented and self motivated individual to join our small, dynamic team. Office is based in Maitland, Hunter Valley, 30 minutes from Newcastle.

Reporting to the Editor / Creative Director, your responsibilities will include the following;

• Developing and maintaining close relationships with advertisers and industry contacts;
• Negotiating and successfully closing sales of advertising space;
• Promoting the YHVWP brand at bridal expos, trade events and conferences;
• Active market research to identify potential new business and promotional opportunities.
• Collecting advertising materials and liaising with clients to approve advertisements.
• Being main point of contact for clients.

Additionally, you will contribute to the production of this high-end bi-annual wedding magazine with duties including, but not limited to, copy writing, proofing and quality control.

The ability to deal with strict deadlines and targets is a must.
